Q. Are you looking for bloggers or models?
A. Sorry, at this time I am not looking for bloggers or models.
Q. I’m looking for something you used to sell and can no longer find in-store?
A. Recent event releases should be available in-store soon. The in-world location is usually more up to date than Marketplace.
Gradually, older content is finding its way to the Outlet, so you can still find some old favourites! Check out the Outlet on Marketplace.
Q. Are you interested in joining my shopping event/hunt/fundraiser?
A. I am currently reducing the number of in-world events I join, in order to work on the backlog of products that need updates. But, please send me more info by email and I will check it out if I’m interested.
Q. Can I make a request/commission custom work?
A. Sorry, I don’t have time to take on any custom work.
Q. Why did I get a refund from an in-world purchase?
A. Full refund: You already own this item.
Partial refund: There is a customer loyalty system that refunds you based on loyalty tier. The levels are:
1) L$500 spend: 5% off
2) L$1000 spend: 10% off
3) L$3000 spend: 20% off.
The levels do not expire, and while Marketplace purchases don’t get the refund immediately they will also count towards your tier.
2X partial refund: You may have accumulated some store credit from Marketplace purchases. The vendor system will refund you once for the normal discount, and a second time for any accumulated loyalty points.
Any in-world purchase will send you a local message in chat with a transaction link if you need more information about a specific purchase.
Q: Do you have gift cards?
A. Not at this time. The marketplace allows for gift purchases, and you can touch any non-event in-world vendor to send a purchase as a gift to another avatar.
Q. Will [makeup item] be updated for EvoX?
A. Many of the makeup sets have already been updated to include Fit X for bakes-on-mesh, optimized for EvoX. You can get a redelivery in-world. If a makeup item is still in-store or on the regular main Marketplace (i.e. not discontinued nor in the Outlet) it will be updated. There is no ETA for this work, as it means I have to completely redraw everything for the EvoX UV map.
Q. Why isn’t a Legacy applier working?
A. Though I tested before release, something has recently changed with Legacy’s applier system. I’m slowly rebuilding them all from scratch with the latest scripts, to fix them. Additionally, please note that no Legacy appliers will work on the free Basic body that is included in all Second Life users’ Library.
